Ordained leadership is that link between God and the people who submit themselves to His divine guidance. Such commitment requires dedication, sacrifice, love for others, and most of all, a mindset to serve man and God. Leadership is very challenging, and yet, very rewarding. To know your mission/your purpose is being accomplished and God is well pleased, brings a satisfication that passes all other.  

My Personal Leadership Mission is to ensure that I and the Lord's people are doing a work that is pleasing and acceptable in His sight.
