Mission Statement

Praise the Lord for you!

          I would like to take a few minutes just to share with you some of the things God is doing through the Church of Christ located on the Northside at 4736 Avenue "B" in Jacksonville, Florida. God has blessed us tremendously. Through His word, we realized God is constantly challenging us individually to "Move Up To Another Level." Indubitably, this conviction has encouraged us to adopt this method of thinking as our theme here at Northside. This theme, (Moving Up To Another Level), along with its curriculum, was designed to challenge each of us to advance to the next phases in our Christian lives. Scripturally proven, it was never intended for us to stay on the same level throughout our walk with Christ, but to constantly strive to attain the crown of life through Christ Jesus (Phil 3:13-15), and to grow in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (II Peter 3:18).

          One of our goals is to minister to the whole person, to give you scriptural substance that will instruct you on how to  live a successful life in Christ Jesus. We believe in nourishing you, we are convinced and convicted to strive to love one another the way Christ first loved us - Unconditionally! You will find that our mission is to "Save Souls and To Help Keep Souls  Saved." We live by this, we die by this, and we believe this is the purpose of our very being, by doing this, we're glorifying God. If you ever visit Jacksonville, Florida, I would like to personally welcome you to come, and visit with us. When and if you come, I am sure, my Friend, you will find a friendly, loving, caring group of people who love the Lord.

I pray that whatever you venture into on this website will prick an interest in you and also challenge you to take the necessary steps to research, to inquire, to find out more about the Church of Christ, especially the Northside Church of Christ.
