In order to be an effective leader, one must have
the desire to lead, and a genuine love for people.
The leadership concepts and principles must be
taught but the desire and love must be within.
My personal leadership mission is to allow the Lord
to use me as His instrument. My desire is to ensure
that all of God’s children make heaven their
home. I realize that the responsible that the
Lord has placed on His leaders has to be managed
with love, commitment, dedication, and consistency.
It is my desire to use all the skills, knowledge
and talents that the Lord has given me to edify
His church and His people.
