Mission

Our mission is to cooperate, coordinate and collaborate with public agencies, juvenile justice providers, families, schools,  faith-based institutions and grassroots organizations to reduce juvenile delinquency and crime in Jacksonville by directing resources toward quality prevention and sanction programs that effectively minimize risk factors, maximize protective factors and promote public safety through implementation of effective, strategic programs.

Over the years, NCI has addressed Northside community needs by providing programs for education, youth and young adults, recreation, counseling and a variety of other community based programs.  We are proud to serve the Northside Community.
