Leadership to me is really being a servant to those you lead. My personal missions for the various ministries that I serve are as follows:

Music - To proclaim the word of God through songs and to edify the Church.

 

Worship  - To have all services conducted decently, orderly and reverend, with highly trained workers.

 

Special Programs - To have all programs designed to encouraged and edify the membership
